The 2014 All-Alaska Baseball League Selections announced Saturday named 23 players to the all-star list. 

Player of the Year was awarded to Cameron Newell of the Mat-Su Minors. Newell was third in the ABL with a 3.53 batting average, tied for second with 38 RBIs, and fifth in home runs with 7.

The Goldpanners' coach Mike Grahovac was honored as the Coach of the Year after he led Fairbanks to an ABL Championship title.

Tyler Stubblefield of the Mat-Su Miners was selected as both Pitcher of the Year and Top Pro Prospect. Stubblefield ended the season with 1.06 ERA and won his first five starts.
