Jordan Kwas scored two third period goals, including the game winning tally with 45 seconds left to give the UAA hockey team a dramatic 5-4 win over Michigan Tech Friday in Houghton.  The victory is the first in a true road game all season for the Seawolves, and it improves their WCHA record to 2-15-6.

Things looked pretty bleak for the Seawolves after the Huskies chased Chris Kamal with two goals in the opening 5:32 of the first period.  Michigan Tech led 4-1 early in the second period.

Down 4-2 after two periods, Kwas scored at 6:58 of the third.  It remained 4-3 until Blake Tatchell's 7th  goal of the season with 2:51 to go in regulation.  UAA kept the momentum to set up Kwas' heroics in the final minute.

Kwas and Tatchell each enjoyed three point games, while Rob Gunderson came on in relief of Kamal to make 36 saves.
