Johnathan Jones

Jones led the Builders with 71 tackles in 2010, 11.5 for loss. Plus, he had five sacks, three forced fumbles, two recovered fumbles and two interceptions. Serious nuisance to offenses.
Marlon Lane
Jr. | 5-11 | 150 | DB
Like Jones, Lane made second-team all-conference last year. He led Apprentice with 44 solo tackles, six pass break-ups and four interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown.
THE COACH
Michael Vite, fourth year at Apprentice and overall (5-24)
A former defensive coordinator at Guilford, Morgan State, Murray State and Southern Illinois, Vite had the Builders playing credible D last season. Now he attacks the offense.
