Iron Dog Rules & Regulations
PRIZE
Room at Alyeska Ski Resort for 3 nights; two-day lift tickets for two adults and two children. Valid through April 24, 2011. Black out dates March 4 to March 13.
If not used, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation given. Retail value of the prize package is $1,000. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes assessed as a result of the prize and for all travel costs and charges not included in the Prize Package, including, but not limited to, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, travel fees, surcharges, and any other travel-related costs.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify. Employees and immediate family members of Northern Lights Media, the Iron Dog or its sponsors are not eligible to win.
DRAWING AND ODDS
On or about February 27, 2011, KTUU will conduct a drawing through which one winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries submitted. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Prize Drawing shall be final. Each participant releases and holds harmless sponsor and its affiliate and related individuals from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, claims and actions of any kind arising out of acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
