The Alaska Aces won for the first game in five games, and more importantly, extended their lead for the ECHL's best overall record to 10 points with a clutch 4-2 victory over the Las Vegas Wranglers on Thursday.  The win gives the Aces a record of 32-9-6, tops in the ECHL.  The Wranglers drop to 28-14-4, still good for the second most points in the league.

Ethan Cox, Zach Harrison, Jordan Kremyr, and Dan Kissel all scored goals for the Aces.  Kremyr's 12th of the season broke a 2-2 tie at the 9:34 mark of the third period and gave him a third period goal in back to back games.
