The Seawolf women's basketball team received 25 points and 9 assists from senior point guard Sasha King and a career high 22 points from guard Kylie Burns in an entertaining 93-82 win over Seattle Pacific.  The victory gives UAA a sweep of the season series with SPU.  The Seawolves rise to 5-7 in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference, while the Falcons drop to 6-6 in the GNAC.

In Lacey, Washington, the third place UAA men fell to ninth place St. Martin's, 60-52.  After trailing 50-48 with 3:38 remaining, The Saints scored 11 straight points in a decisive run to claim their third league victory.  UAA, which had won six of its last seven, falls to 7-5 in the GNAC.  Teancum Stafford led UAA with 20 points, but the Seawolves hot only 31 percent as a team.
