Sasha King scored 18 points and freshman Jenna Buchanan added 17 as the #22 UAA women's basketball team redeemed an opening game loss to defeat Regis, 85-76 on Friday night. The Seawolves and Rangers meet once more on Saturday.
Jessica Madison delivered a key 11 points off the bench, including a tie-breaking three-pointer that snapped a 53-all tie. Buchanan's points included 5 three's. UAA shot 48 percent as a team.
