Justin Bowers connected for two goals to lead the host Gwinnett Gladiators to a 5-4 victory over the Orlando Solar Bears Thursday in ECHL action.

Andy Brandt, Yuri Bouharevich and Doug Jones added goals for the Gladiators (38-25-2-1).

The Solar Bears trailed 3-1 before scoring three goals in the second period to take a 4-3 lead.

Scott Tanski had a goal and an assist for Orlando (26-31-3-3). Ryan Berard, Michael Wilson and Dale Mahovsky each added goals. Alain Goulet collected two assists. The two teams are back in action tonight in Gwinnett. Game time is scheduled for 7:35.
