GOLF
Petoskey Education Foundation outing
The 20th Annual Petoskey Education Foundation Alumni and Friend Outing is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at Petoskey-Bay View Country Club.
Cost is $100 and includes dinner and box lunch. Additional dinner tickets are $30.
The field is limited to 128 golfers. Teams paid by June 30 are eligible for a free golf drawing. Entry deadline is July 5. Among the prizes are a Caribbean Cruise or $5,000 and the use of a car for a month.
Four-person teams are welcome, or participants will be assigned to a team. Proceeds go to the Petoskey Education Foundation. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Petoskey Middle School
The Petoskey Middle School football team is seeking two coaches. For more information, contact Gary Hice, (231) 348-2160; or Kerry VanOrman, (231) 348-2712.
Elementary camp
A two-day Little Play-Makers Football Clinic for students entering kindergarten-third grade is scheduled for July 9 and July 23.
The camp is being administered by the Petoskey High School program. Northmen coaches and players will introduce participants to basic skills in a fun, positive environment.

TENNIS
Parks and recreation
Registration for the second session of Petoskey Parks and Recreation Tennis classes is under way at City of Petoskey website, www.petoskey.us.
The two-week session runs from June 18-28. All classes/sessions meet at the Petoskey High School courts.
Classes are red ball beginner, green ball advanced, and yellow ball intermediate. Instructors are United States Professional Tennis Association instructor Dree Lo and Laura Chamberlin.
