The Alaska Aces maintained their rank over the Colorado Eagles with a 4 - 1 win Wednesday night at the Sullivan.
Dan Kissel was quick to give Alaska the edge at 3:30 in the first, with the assist by Wes Goldie.
Kissel's fury continued into the second, assisting Goldie on Alaska's second goal and scoring another for himself to round out the period 3-0.
Colorado managed to net one in the final minutes of the third, but was matched with an empty netter by Jordan Kremyr to close out the evening.
The home series against the Eagles picks back up Friday evening at 7pm.
