Defending large schools champion West earns the pick as team in beat once again in Alaska high school football.  The Eagles, who won their second state title in four years last fall, have been voted the number one team in the preseason poll conducted by the Alaska Sports Broadcasting Network.

Soldotna, which captured the medium schools crown in 2013, is also chosen first in a separate poll for sub-large schools.
