John Rich and Marlee Matlin are going head to head as the Celebrity Apprentice finalists. After a brief celebration between the top two on Sunday night’s episode, Donald Trump was quick to deliver their final task, create a campaign for 7UP Retro. John and Marlee were allowed to pick from a selection of former Apprentice finalists from this season to create their team. Marlee picked Meat Loaf, Richard Hatch and La Toya Jackson for her team, while John Rich chose Lil Jon, Star Jones and Mark McGrath. The teams went straight to work designing a can and producing their commercials. John is serious about winning, with a lot of money on the line for his charity. “I mean, this is a crazy, crazy show and the reason I want to have a shot at winning it is ‘cause you get 250-thousand more dollars for your charity if you win. Being able to play for St. Jude is…I don’t know that I’ve ever done anything better in my life. Really proud to be that ambassador and be the guy sluggin’ it out for them.” Next week, the teams present their campaigns to the 7UP executives and a winner will be revealed during a live board-room finale. Celebrity Apprentice airs Sunday night at 9PM Eastern on NBC.
