Classes

Yoga Classes — 9-10 a.m. Wednesdays at the Danville-Boyle County Senior Citizens Center. Classes are designed for the senior population and are free to all seniors over the age of 60. Dress comfortably for some exercise and fun.  For more information, call the center at (859) 236-2070.

Body Recall — 9-10 a.m. through April 19, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 555 E. Lexington Ave. Helps regain mobility, strength, energy and flexibility. Exercise for all ages. Exercises are done in a chair and with a chair.  The exercises are also great for breast cancer recovery, heart patients, diabetics, arthritis, strokes and knee and hip replacements. Danville-Boyle County Adult Education Learning Center — Open 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Thursday at 1714 Perryville Road, Danville Square Suites, 112 (next to Big Lots).
