PERRYVILLE — Barbara Milburn Selby, 68, died Friday at her residence.
Born Dec. 8, 1944, she was a daughter of Louise Rankin Milburn of Springfield and the late Joseph “Jody” Milburn.
Barb was a member of the Perryville United Methodist Church, a 1963 graduate of Perryville High School, a nursing school graduate and had been an LPN for Sansbury Care Center in Springfield.
In addition to her mother, Barb is survived by her pride and joy, grandson Taeryn Selby of Perryville; two sons, Mark and Lesa Selby of Perryville and Troy Selby of Lexington; one sister and her husband, Jo and Monte Elliott of Danville, three brothers and their wives, Roy “Tip” and Margo Milburn of Danville, Harold and Betty Milburn of Lexington, and Kenny and Ramona Milburn of Perryville.
Barb was preceded in death by her father, Jody; a son, David Todd Selby; and a sister, Margaret Ann Milburn.
Services for Barb are 2 p.m. today at Wilder Funeral Home by the Rev. Jeremy Ruegg with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visiting hours are 11 a.m. today until time of service.
Pallbearers are Wesley Winchell, Rankin, Matthew, and Rob Milburn, Jeff and Alan Coyle, and Daryl and Derek Patterson.
