MORELAND — Cloyd Dennie Durham, 77, of Mount Salem, passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, at home.

Born Jan. 26, 1935, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Carlis and Jennie Perkins Durham. He was a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church and a U.S. Navy veteran. He retired from General Electric in Cincinnati after 31 years.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Rose Mary Dunn Durham; a son, Barry (Donna) Durham of Cincinnati. He was the beloved pawpaw of three grandchildren, Leisha (Vernon) Clark, Rose Ann Robinson, and Ryan (Monetta) Salyers; and three great-grandchildren, Danny and Leah Clark and Mikayla Robinson, all of Cincinnati. Other survivors include five brothers, Ulysses (Lotus) Durham of Florence, Floyd (Marlene) Durham of Science Hill, Elwood Durham, Carol (Marlin) Durham, and Gary (Brenda) Durham, all of Cedar Grove.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Kevin Pittman. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.  

Pallbearers will be Ryan Salyers, Otis Delk, Terry Hogue, Ronald Baird, Danny Clark, Todd Harris, Jody Jarrett and Carol Durham.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday.
