Kelly David Goode, 31, Moxley Road, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, two years and six months; fraudulent use of credit card less than $10,000, two years and six months, concurrently, $9,079.61 restitution.
James Michael Terry, 27, 525 Walnut Hill Road, third-degree assault of officer, three years, consecutively with any other time; second-degree persistent felony offender, resisting arrest and menacing, all dismissed.
