Dana Eveland started for the Orioles (1-2 in Grapefruit League play), allowing one run on two hits over two innings. Right-hander Chris Tillman yielded three runs – two earned – on four hits over two innings.

Orioles top prospect Dylan Bundy made his spring debut, throwing a scoreless fifth inning. The 19-year-old right-hander overcame a one-out, four-pitch walk to Dustin Predroia to retire the side.
