Alexander Kinyua, 21, of Joppatowne has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault and second-degree assault in the death of Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie. Harford County Sheriff’s Office investigators suspect body parts found Wednesday morning in Joppatowne are those of Agyei-Kodie.
