Suspect in Cubs CEO stalking briefly on loose

Despite being on court-ordered electronic monitoring, a woman accused of stalking Chicago Cubs President Theo Epstein was able to slip away from her family's Boston-area home earlier this month and wander into a local grammar school while acting erratically.
