Before Zach Gilford and his fiancee Kiele Sanchez checked out the gift suites in the Hard Rock Hotel Saturday, the self deprecating “Friday Night Lights” star and Evanston native politely excused himself from our conversation in the hotel’s It’s So Miami Oasis.
“Sorry,” Gilford told me. “I need to go whore myself out.”
Gilford, who is currently filming Fox’s “The Mob Doctor” in Chicago, was one of many celebs who took advantage of the gift suites, which included Soul headphones, New Era baseball caps and Nico Lives watches, Saturday.
Rapper B.o.B, sporting a Louis Vuitton backpack, and actress Rose McGowan (“Scream”) also walked through the gift suites and both picked up Motorola phones.
“Scream” team: Besides visiting the It's So Miami Oasis, McGowan hit the CK One sponsored Rock the Vote Nights party at the Hard Rock, The Underground and, briefly, Paris Club’s upstairs lounge, Studio Paris, where Lolla headliner Avicii was DJing, Saturday. The “Jawbreaker” actress dined at Sunda earlier that night, as did the White Sox’s Gordon Beckham and the Houston Rockets' Shaun Livingston, separately. McGowan’s “Scream” co-star, David Arquette, dined at Paris Club Saturday with Access Hollywood correspondent Christina McLarty.
About today: Childish Gambino (aka Donald Glover) will perform at the Rock the Vote Nights party. … "American Idol" alum Haley Reinhart will sing the national anthem and "God Bless America" at the White Sox game at U.S. Cellular Field. ... Kweli DJed the Rock the Vote Nights party earlier. “So cuz some idiot threw a cinderblock at a pipe, my hotel flooded & I had to walk up 32 flights of stairs at 5am after drinking all night,” Kweli tweeted Sunday... … Jessica Szohr (“Gossip Girl”) had brunch Saturday at Hub 51 before stopping by the Rolling Stone Rock Room party at Studio Paris.
