ROCKWOOD — Nash Walker scored 19 points to pace a quartet of Panthers in double figures as Shade rolled to a 62-50 victory over Rockwood in a WestPAC boys basketball game Thursday.

Wade Walker and Brock Medva scored 15 points each and Jeremy Pyles added 10 for the high-scoring Panthers.

Nash Walker, Medva and Pyles combined for 10 3-point goals to help the Panthers jump out to a 36-26 halftime lead.

"They were hot with three's in the first half of the game," Rockwood coach Jim Miller said. "We got within six in the last couple of minutes. We had to foul and they made their foul shots."

Rockwood's Ethan Keefer led all scorers with 26 points. He also pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds to nail down a double-double.

The Panthers also won the JV contest, 41-29.
