These were the not-so friendly skies. A man from England became such a nuisance on a recent flight from Mexico to the UK that he caused the plane to make an emergency landing. Sean Jude Kelly, 31, was so nervous about his flight that he tweeted earlier in the day that he had taken the anti-anxiety pill Valium before takeoff. That, along with the half a bottle of vodka he drank on the plane, turned him into a raving lunatic. He reportedly spit on a flight attendant and tried “to pick fights with every passenger he made eye contact with.” He became so disruptive the British Airways flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Orlando. There, Kelly reportedly tried to attack a female police officer, and threatened to kill her as he was being removed from the plane. And even in jail he was unruly, reportedly shouting “let’s have a go,” and shadow boxing in his cell. Kelly was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
