1. A Word, Please: The hyperbolic 'literally' has no place in this writer's toolbox

On the hit NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation," Rob Lowe plays Chris Traeger, a hyper-enthusiastic city administrator with a trademark hyperbole: He says "literally" a lot. A lot. Anything at all could be "literally" the greatest thing he's ever seen....

  13. Best News: Party Down Movie in the Works

Is 2012 not just the best already? Answer: It totally is. Here's some proof. Megan Mullally, occasional "Parks and Recreation" guest star and real-life wife of Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman), told reporters at the Television Critics Association press tour that a "Party Down" movie is happening, and the entire cast is coming back, but maybe not Jane Lynch. Still! "Party Down" is hysterical and I believe two hours of Henry and Casey might send me blissfully to my death. This is the best TV news since NBC Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt assured us all that "Community" is most certainly NOT canceled and will be back. Phew, you guys. Close call. Let's all rest easy and await what the TV gods will bless us with next!
