    <span style="font-size: small;">Longtime Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell has revealed he&rsquo;s being treated for Hodgkin&rsquo;s lymphoma, having received two months of chemotherapy, with four months of treatment still ahead of him. Campbell said in a statement: &ldquo;I feel fortunate that my cancer sent me an alarm call in the form of &lsquo;the cough that wouldn&rsquo;t quit.&rsquo;&rdquo; Despite the diagnosis, Campbell, who joined the band in 1992, says he plans to join the group on tour when they kick off a new round of shows in France.</span>
