    The State Health Department says the number of confirmed cases of Campylobacter infection has risen to 38.  28 confirmed cases in Pennsylvania, 4 in Maryland, 2 in West Virginia and 1 in New Jershey.  The victims, allegedly all drank raw milk purchased from the Family Cow in Franklin County. The store voluntarily stopped selling its raw milk last week.
