    A man struck by a school bus this morning on Willow Street is being cited for not obeying the crosswalk device. John Boll was attempting to cross Willow Street when the bus, making a right onto Willow from South Hanover Street, struck him. Witnesses told police Boll walked out in front of the bus, which was turning on a green light. Boll admitted he did not press the button for the crosswalk, but that the bus was speeding and came out of nowhere.
