Thelma Ruth Provard Stevens, 86, of Culpeper, Va., and formerly of Chambersburg, Pa., died Friday, Aug. 24, at Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home in Greencastle, Pa. A graveside service will be Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at Spring Grove Cemetery in Lemasters, Pa., with Pastor Michael Myers officiating.
