In the first game on their new turf field, the Colony Knights downed Kenai, 44-20. The Knights and Mat-Su Valley rival Palmer are each undefeated. The #2 Moose went to Fairbanks and routed Lathrop, 50-16.
In sub-large schools action, top-ranked Eielson smoked Seward, 69-0, while Nikiski bounced back from an opening game loss to beat Skyview, 34-7.
