Stuffed French Toast
Cinnamon chip bread
½ Cup -- Heavy cream
1 Tsp. -- Vanilla
4 oz. -- Whipped cream cheese
In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream and vanilla mix well.
Dredge each slice of bread in the mixture.
Place soaked slices on hot griddle. Cook each side until golden brown.
Stack toast slices with whipped cream cheese spread between each layer. Add orange marmalade on top.
12 Cans -- Mandarin oranges
2 Cans -- Orange juice concentrates
4 Cups -- Water
8 Cups -- Sugar
6 oz. -- Grande Marnier
In a sauce pan, cook mandarin oranges with water and concentrate.
Deglaze pan with Grand Marnier.
Add sugar and reduce for about an hour.
Add orange zest, simmer for another 30 minutes.
Cool in the fridge.
