For the first time in the history of the Alaska Sports Broadcasting Network football poll, there is a tie for the number spot in the large schools rankings.  Previous solo number one Service, 3-0-1 this season and undefeated against Alaska competition, now shares the number one position with Juneau.  the Crimson Bears are 4 and 0 and have outscored their opponents 219-13.

In the mid-small schools poll, Soldotna maintains its hold of number one, followed by Homer.  Those two schools meet in week five of the season.
