KANASAS CITY, Mo. - (FROM KSHB) Kansas City Police responded to two shootings Saturday morning. Police say the two shootings were related.
The first victim was found in critical condition in a home in the 5400 block of Crysler. Police confirmed later she was killed.
Police said the shooter then drove himself to Arrowhead Stadium to the Chiefs practice facility and shot and killed himself. Police said the shooter was a male in his late 20s.
The Kansas City Chiefs confirmed on Saturday that an incident happened at the stadium and they are cooperating with authorities.
Sources report to local media that the shooter was a Chiefs player. The identity of either victim has yet to be released.
