'Village' signs: A sign of times past?
Q: I've been trying for some time to find the answer to what constitutes a "village." PennDOT has signs identifying locations as being "Village of Scherersville," "Village of Kuhnsville," etc. I'm comfortable in assuming PennDOT has some rules about how a region qualifies for such a designation. I have been unsuccessful in discovering what they are. Can you find the answer?
