It's Halloween and I have treats ready for the small goblins who will stop by.
A few years back my stepson dressed as a banana for this occasion. I don't know what the attraction was to dressing as food, but I saw others walking around too. There was a bucket of movie popcorn, a pair of salt and pepper shakers, a hot dog on a bun and a can of soda. I can't wait to see what shows up at my door this year!
Now let's see what our supermarket sleuths have discovered this week:
A correction from last week: Joy orders fresh horseradish from the produce department at her local Publix and not the deli.
Nancy found Boscoli Olive Oil Salad Mix at World Market in Sanford, 2251 W.P. Ball Boulevard, Sanford (407-302-0263).
Dan is looking for Knorr's fish bouillion cubes and Sue is looking for a dry sauce mix by Knorr for goulash.
Jim needs your help finding Pepperidge Farms party rye or pumpernickel breads.
Judy is looking for Hoffman's hotdogs.
