I'm ticked off at the marble company that installed my kitchen granite. They didn't install the sink flush with the granite. The sink fell out of the granite. Now the plumber says the granite is leaking badly and has destroyed my cabinets.
I'm ticked off because I have a dumb phone instead of a smart phone to find which stores have the best bargains. So I stayed home!
It ticks me off to see people come in the supermarket on Thanksgiving and complain about being out of something, or not being open long enough. People get what you need before the actual holiday and be thankful that some supermarkets are even open at all.
My husband and I were buying groceries Saturday afternoon with our daughter who is 20 years old. They refused to sell us the beer we purchased since our daughter is younger than 21. Really? The law states must be 21 or over to buy beer. Why is a certain store so special to make their own rules?
The flip side
We would like to thank the gentleman who gave us 3 VIP admission tickets on our way into the auto show! His random act of kindness will always be remembered. Thank you and many blessings to you and your family this holiday season.
Much thanks to the manager of a local video game store who, upon seeing that my special-needs child would not be getting a highly-coveted video game console because mom didn't realize she should have reserved one, unexpectedly gave up the one he had reserved for himself so that my child could have one that day.
