James Wilford Long, 46, of the 100 block of Deaver Street, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

A 14-year-old boy sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl by groping her and exposing himself to her in the auditorium at Havre de Grace High School on Friday. The incident is under investigation as police have conflicting reports from students.
Multiple iPhone and Samsung cell phones were stolen Monday from Verizon, in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway. There were no signs of forced entry.
