  3. Unscanned Ballots Counted in Unofficial Election Results

    Election workers spent Thursday at City Hall counting unscanned ballots, which are votes that could not be scanned on election night because they were on sample ballots or on photocopied ballots. The city clerk said all the unscanned ballots counted have been confirmed as having been cast by registered Anchorage voters.
