Harry Horgan founded Shake-A-Leg Miami to serve people with disabilities, disadvantaged children and their families, and the community by providing a place where people of all abilities can break down barriers while learning skills to enhance their enjoyment of water activities. Numerous local and national organizations provide funding for need-based scholarships.
