Struggling homeowners will have another chance to meet with lenders to discuss foreclosure alternatives.
United Financial Counselors, a Hollywood-based nonprofit organization, will partner with the city of North Miami to hold a seminar Saturday (Jan. 26). The event, one of many held throughout South Florida in recent years, will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Joe Celestin Community Center, 1525 NW 135 St.
Participating lenders are Chase, Bank of America, GMAC and Ocwen Loan Servicing. Housing counselors and attorneys also will be available.
