    He is the number one pitcher on the number one team in baseball so the choice is pretty obvious for San Francisco Giants Manager Bruce Bochy.   He picks the Phillies Roy Halladay to be the starting pitcher for the National League in Tuesday's All-Star Game here on FOX43.   Halladay is the reigning NL Cy Young Award Winner.     Several golfers are scrambling for the lead at the midway point of the British Open today. They include Lucas Glover, Darren Clarke, Miguel Jimenez and first-round leader Thomas Bjorn. Phil Mickelson shot a 1-under 69 and will make the cut at 1-under overall, while 61-year-old Tom Watson, fueled by a hole-in-one, shot a 70 and also is expected to make the cut at 2-over for the tournament.
