Why you should go: Without a doubt, this is the place to be this weekend for all brides to be! The showcase will include over 220 booths full of food, wedding cakes, wine samplings, floral & décor displays, interactive dance and cake cutting, black tie chocolate extravaganza, and more. A fashion show will also include the latest trends in wedding gowns and tuxedos.

Why you should go: On Friday through Saturday come check out the “nastiest machines in motorsports” when the U.S. Hot Rod Association’s Monster Trucks roll into Wichita’s INTRUST Bank Arena. This year there will be more monster trucks than ever at the Monster Jam, making it a perfect event to attend if you’re looking for a little action this weekend!
Sit back and watch 10,000 pound, 12 feet tall by 12 feet wide, 1,500 horsepower U.S. Hot Rod Monster Trucks battle it out in a “Roundy round” racing format, all while performing high-intensity stunts and flying distances of 125 to 130 feet through the air… that’s a total of 14 cars side by side! Led by the legendary Grave Digger and other fan favorites, this class of metal-munching monster trucks will provide a spectacle of rock and roar that's unequalled anywhere in the motor sports industry.
This event currently attracts over 4 million fans annually to stadiums and arenas around the world, putting on more than 325 performances each year. The show will feature several different monster trucks with some interesting names, including the Tasmanian Devil, Grave Digger, Bad News, Predator, Superman, and El Diablo.
