    The Cask & Larder, 565 W. Fairbanks Ave. in Winter Park, is adding Saturday brunch to its lineup starting May 4.  The Saturday brunch will have the same menu as Sunday brunch and the hours will remain the same -- 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m.  In addition, the C & L  bar will be open from 3-5 p.m. offering country ham and oysters.
