Grilled Chicken, Ham and Swiss Wrap

3 6 oz chicken breasts (grilled)
brush with olive oil and 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard rub
2 medium dill pickles (sliced)
4 oz Swiss cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup light mayo
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard rub
1 garlic clove pressed
12 very thin slices of ham
3 11-inch flour tortillas
Brush chicken with oil and rub with the dijon mustard rub, and grill till thermometer reads 165 degrees.
Chop chicken and mix with mayo, garlic, and 1/2 tsp of the rub.
Take 1 tortilla and lay 2 slices of the ham, overlapping, place 1/3 of the chicken mixture on the ham, lay 2 slices of pickle over the chicken, 2 slices of ham over the pickles, and place Swiss cheese over the ham. Fold sides over and roll tightly. Grill in grill pan, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Slice diagonally and serve. Can be sliced in 1 inch pieces for finger foods.
