BELVIDERE, Ill.—There's some good news for Illinois' job market.
1800 new jobs are coming to the Chrysler plant in Belvidere..
The plant will have three shifts when the new jobs are in place and the Belvidere plant will start making the new "Dodge Dart" in the summer.

Quinn said Illinois is adding jobs because of the state's skilled workforce, noting the second shift added by Ford in 2010 and current third-shift hiring.
