Two South Bend men accused in a shooting that killed a 19-year-old man and seriously injured his girlfriend, are expected in court Tuesday morning.
Police arrested 26-year-old Charles Moore and 21-year-old Jermon Gavin. They are charged morning with murder and robbery.
Police say Alejandro Tinoco and 19-year-old Jazmin Conlee were shot several times Wednesday night at a home in the 1100 block of North Adams Street on the northwest side of South Bend.
Tinoco died the next day. Conlee is still in the hospital.
Arraignment for both Moore and Gavin is scheduled for Tuesday.
