1. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes begins on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 9:00 am (ET), and ends on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 8:59 am (ET) (the "Sweepstakes Period"), although each entry method has its own specific beginning and end date as set forth below.

There are three ways to enter:

a. Enter via Keyword: The Sun Sentinel Newspaper will feature a keyword in a Big S Circus Sweepstakes advertisement that will be published on the following dates:

• Thursday, December 16 , 2010
• Friday, December 17, 2010
• Saturday, December 18, 2010
• Sunday, December 19, 2010

Using the text messaging feature on your cellular telephone, send a text message during the Sweepstakes Period to 23539 with one of the keyword in the body of the message. All entrants must have a text messaging two-way capable handset and digital service in order to enter the Sweepstakes using the text messaging method. Entrants will be sent a text message to confirm or reject entry into the Sweepstakes. Text Message entries may be subject to fees under the terms of the entrant’s cell-phone/text messaging subscription plan (contact your carrier for pricing plans and details). Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas. If any dispute arises as to identity of any entrant, an entrant shall be considered the authorized account holder by the cellular provider. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned a number by the cellular provider or as shown on the cellular provider’s records or the natural person authorized to use the number by an entity that is shown on cellular provider’s records for that number. Only entries to the designated number and containing one of the correct code words shall be eligible. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any text message entry at any time which in Sponsors’ opinion does not comply with these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible for unavailability of phone lines or connections, cellular phone service, or any other technical malfunctions of inability to transmit messages or entries.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: In the alternative to text messaging, you can enter online by going to SunSentinel.com, and submitting the keyword, your name, age, address, telephone number, and email address by or before 9am on December 20, 2010. You cannot enter through the keyword method by both alternative online entry and by text messaging.

b. Enter On-Line: Log onto www.southflorida.com/Circus during the Sweepstakes Period and submit the entire entry form, including your name, age, valid email address, and telephone or mobile phone number.

c. Enter On-Air: Watch WSFL on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, from 5pm to 6:59pm e.s.t during Family Guy and the Simpsons. Once per each show a visual cue will air (for a total of four instances), referencing the Big S Circus Sweepstakes. After the visual cue has aired, text the keyword that is listed in the visual cue to 23539 to enter by 7pm e.st.

d. Restrictions: On-line entries containing attachments, generated by a script, macro or other automated means shall be disqualified. On-line entrants must use their own name. Copies or other mechanical reproductions, facsimiles, entries containing technical or electronic reproductions, entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules. Only one entry per person per entry method will be allowed. Subsequent entries originating from a unique 10-digit cell phone (in the case of keyword entries) or from a single e-mail address (in the case of On-Line Entries) will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, unavailability of phone lines or connections, Internet connections, cellular phone service, or any other technical malfunctions or inability to transmit messages or entries. Sponsors are not responsible for failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, or misdirected entries.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected as follows, based on the method of entry:

a. Keyword: All keyword entries (those sent via text message and those submitted online) will be combined into one entry pool. Three winning entries will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received, and will be tentatively declared winning entries (subject to verification and compliance with these rules). Sponsors will attempt to notify the winners by telephone or email. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in disqualification and possible selection of an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries (at Sponsors’ sole discretion). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

b. On-line Entry: All entries sent via on-line will be combined into one entry pool. Three winning entries will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received, and will be tentatively declared winning entries (subject to verification and compliance with these rules). Sponsors will attempt to notify the winners by telephone or email. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in disqualification and possible selection of an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries (at Sponsors’ sole discretion). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

c. On-Air Entry: All entries sent via text message after the on-air visual cue has aired will be combined into one entry pool. Three winning entries will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received, and will be tentatively declared winning entries (subject to verification and compliance with these rules). The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in disqualification and possible selection of an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

d. Grand Prize Selection: The nine winning entries (as determined above) will be combined into one pool. One grand prizewinning entry will be selected at random from the pool after 9:00 am on Monday, December 20, 2010, and will be tentatively declared the grand prizewinning entrant (subject to verification and compliance with these rules). Sponsor will attempt to notify the grand prizewinner by telephone or email. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in disqualification and possible selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries (at Sponsors' sole discretion). Odds of winning the grand prize are one in nine.
