The global diaper supply could be at risk. An explosion over the weekend rocked a Japanese chemical plant which makes acrylic acid. That is the key ingredient in disposable diapers.
The plant is responsible for about 10 percent of the global market of acrylic acid.
Right now, it is unclear how much this will affect global costs and supply around the world.
