There are very few changes in to report from yesterday.  Ice fog in temperatures from 25 to 45 below are in store for the Interior.  The west coast will have patchy fog and highs near zero.  Even the Panhandle is getting in on this---high will be in the single digits with breezy to windy conditions.

Areas of Southcentral are experiencing low wind chills. Winds are being funneled down the Matanuska Valley. Gusts 40 to 50 mph in Palmer will allow air temperatures to move into the teens but wind chills will make it feel below zero to exposed skin.  Blowing and drifting snow may lead to travel difficulties in the Valley.

The Copper River Delta could see wind push 60 mph. Strong gap winds from the east/northeast and cold wind chills can be expected for all of the northern Panhandle and eastern PWS.  Wind Chill and Winter Weather advisories are in place today.

Bands of snow have developed offshore over the Gulf of Alaska.  Some of these bands may drift toward Kodiak.  Snow may accumulate in the island today and tonight.

Breezes may pick up at times to 15 mph along the Inlet in Anchorage but east sides wil be calm.  Highs will remain below zero along the mountains, with single digits elsewhere.

The frigid temperatures look to remain through the week.
