Warm air overspread the state yesterday.  Highs were as warm as the mid 50s in Southeast.

Western Alaska's saw a big warm up yesterday, as well.  The warmth remains today with highs pushing into the 20s and 30s, a far cry from last week's blizzard condition and 50 below temperatures.

Rain is a threat over the Bristol Bay region.  Snow showers are likely further north, from the western Interior toward the west coast.

Dry and partly sunny weather is forecast for Southcentral, the eastern Interior and the Panhandle.

It will stay mild, even flat out warm, around the state all week long.
