He's Motown. And maybe a friend of Tyler's or something. But then <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB0004429" title="Hulk Hogan" href="/topic/entertainment/television/hulk-hogan-PECLB0004429.topic">Hulk Hogan</a> joined the party. Seriously, did he just wander in off the street and they put him onstage in order to avoid a huge scene? It was really weird.
