APD releases sketch of man suspected of a juvenile assault

Anchorage (KTUU) - APD has put out a sketch of a man suspected of assaulting a juvenile female on Friday, July 12, in their efforts to locate the man.

The suspect is believed to be between the age of 25 and 35, about 5 foot, 8 inches tall, and weighs about 240 lbs. He was described as an Alaska Native male.

He was last seen with a short-sleeve black T-shirt with a orange, yellow, or red logo on the front, black pants, a black baseball cap and sunglasses. He was described as having a tattoo on his upper right arm.

The last time he was seen was on Friday, July 12, the day of the assault, in the area of East 47th Court and Lake Otis Parkway, including the Campbell Creek Trail.

Anyone with surveillance video or any other information about his location is asked to call APD Dispatch at 311.

The suspect reportedly assaulted a juvenile female last Friday, but the victim wasn't injured.
